Delivery and return

There are two types of delivery at Popus: Pop and Pop star.

POP ensures maximum freedom with delivery to the bottom of the building or on the doorstep of the house
This concerns: CHAIRS - SHELVES - SIDE TABLES - BASED TABLES - LIGHTING - ACCESSORIES
In order to offer you maximum satisfaction and service, not all of our sofas can be delivered by POP delivery.

POP STAR guarantees you maximum peace of mind with delivery directly to your home, in the room of your choice, and removal and return of packaging
This concerns: SOFAS - ARMCHAIRS-POUFS-SIDE - TABLES-COFFEE - TABLES

POP delivery

Geographical area: Metropolitan France.

For any request for delivery abroad, or to the French overseas departments and territories, please send us an email at popus@popus-editions.com in order to receive a quote that is best suited to your location.

Shipping time: 1 to 3 days if the product is in stock.

Order tracking: A dedicated tracking number will be given to you when you order.

Delivery method: The carrier will contact you by SMS, email or phone before the delivery in order to agree on an appointment date. The delivery will be made at the bottom of the building or on the doorstep of the house.

The delivery time is 3 days maximum.

After 7 days, we will contact you by phone or email. If there is no response from you, the goods will be sent back to our warehouse.

POP STAR delivery

Geographical area: Metropolitan France.

For any request for delivery abroad, or to the French overseas departments and territories, please send us an email at popus@popus-editions.com in order to receive a quote that is best suited to your location.

Shipping time: 4 to 6 days if the product is in stock.

Order tracking: A dedicated tracking number will be given to you when you order.
You will be able to follow your order thanks to the carrier’s application which will be communicated to you.

Delivery method: The carrier will contact you by SMS, when they receive the parcel, in order to agree on a date of appointment in a time slot of two hours. The delivery will be made directly to your home, in the room of your choice, with the packaging removed and taken away when the carrier leaves. No delivery is possible above the 4th floor without a lift. To organise a delivery beyond this floor, please contact us at popus@popus-editions.com. A personalised service will then be offered to you which may incur additional delivery costs. Otherwise, delivery will be made to the bottom of the building or an additional delivery charge may be applied.

The delivery time for packages is a maximum of 5 days.

For all POPUS deliveries

Make sure that the delivery location is accessible to the delivery personnel (lift or stairwell suited to the delivery of bulky items if this is the case).

For all deliveries over 110 kg, a personalised quote will be provided.
If your basket contains several items, not all of which are in stock, we will wait until all the items are available before starting the delivery process.

Any order, once validated, cannot be modified or cancelled.

However, you have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to return it, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned as received. If not, a repair fee may be applied.

If your order has already left our warehouse, unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes to your address.

Cancellation, Returns and exchanges

In the event of noticeable damage upon delivery, we invite you to take a photo and to refuse the delivery by indicating your reservations on the delivery note.

In this case, an exchange will be made, without any additional cost, and with delivery charges covered by POPUS.

After unpacking, you have 48 hours to report any damage or problem with your delivery, so that we can find the most appropriate solution.
To receive a return form and the carrier's documents, send us a message to popus@popus-editions.com. Our carrier will contact you about returning the product.

No returns can be accepted without prior authorisation from our sales department.

If no significant damage is found, the request cannot be accepted and the order will be reshipped at your expense.

Return fees apply per category of item :

  • Accessory: 6 EUR
  • Lighting, Hanging lamps: 20 EUR
  • Side table : 40 EUR
  • Armchair : 40 EUR
  • Sofa and coffee table : 80 EUR

Refunds are processed within 15 days, after verification in our warehouses, on the original payment method.
